Having the Gypsy Team at the Conversion Conference really shows us the direction the industry is taking. The conference offers a chance to network and learn, and it will be interesting to hear about the specific ways the Gypsy Team tracks user behavior and analyzes it. They run several brands with different licenses, and I bet other attendees would like to know how they use data across these brands to make better marketing decisions and keep customers from leaving, considering that's a common problem in the field.
It would also be useful to get insights on how they manage to keep users engaged while still following all the rules. If they share examples of what has worked for them and what hasn't, I think we could all learn something valuable for our own digital strategies. What do you guys think? Has anybody seen how such cross-brand data is leveraged for marketing before? Any examples come to mind?
